most pointless post ever y/y?

carolinecraneIt is not quite 6:00 pm on a Saturday, and I am already in my pajamas. I KNOW WHAT THIS SAYS ABOUT MY LIFE, OKAY?
In my defense, I spent from 11:45 am yesterday to 12:45 pm today corralling my sister's children. That is an exhausting fucking task, you guys. I have no idea how you full-timers do it. I am wiped out.
I also had Weirdo Writers at 2:00 today, and since I am the group leader I had to show up. I would have preferred a nap, frankly, but they couldn't get in the library meeting room without me, so I went. I read them the first couple chapters of my gay romance, and it was well-received. So thumbs up for that.
Now I am couch-riding and possibly also working on some Glee fic, because I am lame and a glutton for punishment and also too tired to think seriously about my novel. (Liz, I may have outlined the next fic or seven in this series yesterday while the kids were trying to tear down their swingset. We should probably discuss any writing plans you may have in the works so I don't fuck up anything you're working on? I need to send you this thing I'm writing anyway because Noah's mom is in it and you'll probably need to rewrite her dialogue completely. LOL I just called him Noah. SHE HAS ALREADY INFILTRATED MY SUBCONSCIOUS.)
Unrelatedly, my legs hurt super a lot and I don't know why. Also I have cramps. The end.
Oh PS: GUESS WHAT ELSE HAPPENED THIS WEEKEND? ONE OF MY CROWNS FELL OUT. IN MY BREAKFAST. EW. (It is rendering mealtimes not-fun, I have to say. I have a dentist appointment at 7:00 am on Monday. Also not of the fun.)
