I only take advice from 80s songs.

Today was problematic. We've gotten a few complaints about my department in the past week, which is not something that usually happens, since I am awesome and all. Granted, all the complaints were unfounded, but two of them were exacerbated by one of my underlings being short-tempered, so we are still at fault. I don't mind apologizing to patrons, but listening to them bitch at me is not my idea of a good time.

Then I came home to discover that my lawn mower won't start. I reckon that's my fault for treating it badly, but it's still inconvenient, especially given the state of my lawn right now. I'll try it again in the morning, and if it still won't start I reckon I'll have to pay someone to mow the front, at least, until I can get it fixed or replace it. FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS.

Don't become a homeowner, kids. It's not worth the headache.

I have so much to do and no motivation to do any of it. Is it vacation time yet? Please?
