I woke up at...1:30 this morning? I'm not really sure. I know I went to bed just after 10:00, and the next time I looked at my phone it was 1:00-something. I laid there and pet the cat for awhile, then I got up and moved to the couch to watch terrible Netflix movies and pet the cat some more.
I had to work all day today, which was inconvenient, but luckily all I really have to do on Saturday is stay upright and hand out newspapers. And I designed the presentation I'll be doing as part of my interview next week, so that's good. I'll have to fine-tune it, of course, but at least I have a plan now.
Speaking of job interviews, I am really tired of looking at apartments! I have seen the same listings approximately eleventy billion times and I can't take anymore. Today I called my first choice to check on the pet policy/availability, but the agent didn't answer, which is no surprise since it's a holiday weekend and all. So hopefully I'll talk to him next week, and as long as their pet policy isn't unreasonable* I'll set up a viewing for when I'm in town.
Now I am home with a glass of wine and MasterChef New Zealand. I should get some organizing done around here, but man, I'm really tired. I'll probably just go lie on the couch and watch some more Netflix.

* Seriously, rental agents, dogs under 10 pounds is not 'pet friendly'. That's not even a dog. That's a cat in a dog suit.
